- Paper almonds (Kaggi almonds) and Gum (Gond)
- Carom seeds (Ajwain) and Dill
- Ghee, milk, and Jaggery
- Head/ear wraps and stomach bandages
Step-by-Step Instructions
1
Give Piplamol (mixed with hot water/milk) very early in the morning, followed by paper almonds.
2
Provide dry ginger balls (made with ghee) with milk, and jaggery porridge.
3
Prepare various nutritious snacks like Almond Rai, Gum slices, and Mukhwas (dill, sesame, coconut) to boost milk production.
4
The mother must keep her head and ears covered to prevent cold air from entering, and tie a cloth around her stomach.
5
Avoid red chili and heavily oiled foods initially; rely heavily on ghee-based warm foods. Limit bathing to prevent cold (only wash head 3 times in 40 days).
