- Bridal bangles (Chura) made of ivory, typically from the maternal grandmother (Nanihal)
- Ghee lamp (Deepak)
- Jaggery and Chanwaledi
- Shagun plate
Step-by-Step Instructions

Light a ghee lamp in front of the Maya installation.

The elder women of the house (grandmother, mother) make the bride wear the bangles while reciting the Navkar Mantra and Mangalpath.

Leave 1 bangle in the Shagun plate. The bride will keep this safely forever.

After wearing the bangles, the bride swallows a piece of jaggery and Chanwaledi.

The bride salutes all the elders present, who pat her on the back to bless her.
